Indian macros seems to be on right track now now specially inflation and GDP numbers..
There has been sustained inflows of foreign capital into domestic equities.
A possible slowdown in China, is also making Indian economy attractive in Asian continent.

I am invested in Axis Mid cap fund.
However top 3 in this category in respect to past 5 year returns are:
-Quant Mid Cap
-PGIM India Mid Cap
-Motilal Oswal Mid Cap

If i have to choose one from above, I will go with PGIM India Mid cap because of their portfolio..

They will definitely compete with IRCTC, but will majorly be involved in ticketing part..

IRCTC has lot more functions to perform..
Ticketing is one small part of IRCTC function..
But of course better service can be expected from Adani Enterprises..

In both the cases i have assumed an average return of 12%..

Ideally i don't see any comparison between the two..
They both are poles apart when it comes to investment..

The major advantage of Mutual Funds over Real estate is the low ticket size. In Mutual funds investment can start as low as Rs 100..

If market goes takes momentum trend, small and micro caps benefit most out of it..
So either one should invest in them if market is bullish or if the horizon is really long..
Investing for 2-3 years in this category could be highly risky..
