Bro you will not like my advice. if you are not good in intraday & swing trades then you should not go for option trading.
But if you still want to learn option trading then:
1. Do not follow any telegram/whatsapp channel (free or paid)
2. Do not tempted by people who are showin...
There is nothing called "Best". It depends upon your strategies. I use moving averages for some of my strategies. I use 5 min & 15 min time-frame for intraday and 1 day time-frame for swing trading. Sometimes I consider 2 min time-frame for Nifty & Bank Nifty trades.

I am expecting some retracement or consolidation at this zone. After spending some time in this zone, I am expecting Nifty to fall at least till 17563. This may or may not hit this target before the next expiry. Disclaimer: I do not hold overnight option trades myself.
