Bro if you some policy like LIC etc. You can take the loan against it. They give you lesser interest rate.

jaise ki aapne btaya high risk appetite hai. 65:35 krke invest kre. 35% mutual fund me. Remaining 65% aap stock market me invest kr skte hai. Is 65% ka ka portion aap etf me bhi dhale. Acha return milega.
