Good morning

Yesterday, the Nifty opened the day flat and retested the lows in the first hour of trade. Post noon as the news of retreat by Russian army surfaced, the Nifty displayed a strong rally as the short squeeze ensured the Nifty closed at the days high.

For today, the Nifty is expected to open with a positive bias on global cues. Strong and immediate support is now at 17250. Now till the time this support is held, the Nifty will make an attempt to test 17450 which is the next hurdle.

For the Bank Nifty, immediate support is now at 37800. On the higher side the immediate resistance zone is at 38400 – 38500.
