Any idea what is impact of this? Should this have taken stock up because of investment or down because of dilution of shareholders?

I would say basis fundamentals and dips in stocks I feel have good basics. I don't understand technicals and how they work so really haven't factored them in buying decisions. E.g. of my portfolio Naukri, Yes Bank, HDFC AMC
