Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Kaynes Technology India Ltd., UCO Bank, Easy Trip Planners Ltd., Refex Industries and Sat Industries, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:25AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 49.45 points to 18209.4 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as PayTM, Suumaya Lifestyle, Vivo Collaboration Solutions Ltd., Jet Airways and Aakash Exploration, touched their fresh 52-week low.

Overall, 34 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 15 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, UltraTech Cem., Grasim Inds., IndusInd Bank, Adani Ports SEZ and Hindalco were among top gainers, while Nestle India, ONGC, Power Grid, Kotak Bank and BPCL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 163.88 points up at 61308.72 at 10:25AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Retail, Cement, Cables and Tea / Coffee sectors, while selling was visible in Services, NBFC, Learning & Education, Miscellaneous and Glass sectors.
