    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 38.5 points, or 0.21 per cent lower at 18,448.5, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a negative start on Tuesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Telecom stocks: The telecom subscriber base in the country declined by 117 crore in October due to Vodafone Idea losing a large number of mobile customers during the month, said Trai's report. Only Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel added new customers in October.

    HDFC:
    The mortgage leader announced a 35 basis points increase in its retail prime lending rate and now the minimum rate will be 8.65 per cent. The revised rates would be effective from Tuesday. HDFC has cumulatively increased its lending by 225 bps since May.

    Dabur India:
    The Burman family, which owns Dabur India, is looking at selling stake worth Rs 800 crore through a block deal on Tuesday, according to reports. The promoters will offer up to 4% discount from the current market price for the stake in the fast moving consumer goods major.

    IRCTC: State run insurance behemoth Life Insurance Corporation of India has bought an additional 2.27 per cent stake in railway firm between October 17 and December 16 this year via open market transactions. With this, LIC's shareholding in IRCTC increased to 7.278 per cent, from 5.005 per cent.

    Ipca Laboratories: The company has acquired an additional 6.53 per cent stake in Trophic Wellness (TWPL), which is engaged in manufacturing and marketing several SKUs of neutraceuticals under the brand name Nutricharge. With the above shares, the company now holds 58.88 per cent shareholding in TWPL.

    Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy:
    The promoters Shapoorji Pallonji and Company and Khurshed Yazdi Daruvala will sell up to one crore equity shares or 5.27 per cent stake through the offer for sale route at a floor price of Rs 270 per piece.

    Just Dial: Promoter Reliance Retail Ventures plans to sell 2% stake in the internet and retail firm through the open market by the end of this month in order to comply with regulatory requirements to meet the regulatory norms of maximum 75% of the holding. Reliance Retail held 66.40% stake as of September 30.

    IRB Infrastructure Developers: The civil construction firm announced that its company board is scheduled to meet on January 4 to consider the proposal of sub-division of equity shares having a face value of Rs 10 each.

    NBCC India:
    The construction firm has received contract for the construction of a new multi-storied quarter complex from Odisha Power Transmission Corporation. The company will construct 100 numbers of quarters by demolishing the existing 224 numbers quarters at Bhoinager, Bhubaneswar. The order value is Rs 69.3 crore.

    Hindustan Zinc:
    The Vedanta group firm, which is the world's second-largest manufacturer of Zinc, is planning to invest over $1 billion ( Rs 8,270 crore) to convert its diesel-fired mining vehicles into battery-operated ones and also to fully turn a green energy user, over the next five years.

    Dhanuka Agritech: The agrochemical and pesticides said its buyback offer for shares worth Rs 85 crore will open on December 26. The buyback will close on January 6, 2023. The company has proposed to buy back 10 lakh shares of face value of Rs 2 each at Rs 850 per share.

    PTC India:
    The power trading player said it has entered into an agreement with Bhutan's electricity utility firm Druk Green Power Corporation Limited to supply 600 MW power to the neighbouring country during the winter season.

    Vikas Lifecare: The trading firm's material subsidiary Genesis Gas Solutions has received the technical advisory contract from Dornier Group GmbH. It will provide technical advisory for the optimisation of battery storage systems for distribution grid applications for Dornier Group's ongoing project in Mali, Africa.

    Share India Securities:
    The broking company has completed the sale of its entire stake in Share India Commodity Brokers after obtaining the valuation report and other requisite approvals. Consequently 'Share India Commodity Brokers would cease to be associate of the company.

    SEPC: The civil construction firm's board of directors on December 27 will consider a proposal to raise funds by issue of equity shares on rights basis to the existing shareholders of the company.

    Sky Gold:
    The designer, manufacturer and maker of gold jewellery has entered the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market in the USA to expand its business. The Company has a tie-up with Varanium Inc USA and will introduce its jewellery products by launching its own brand in the USA retail market.
