    Shares of Banas Finance will turn ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 24 shares for every 25 shares held, offered at Rs 20 apiece.

    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

    Shares of seven companies -- Welspun India (0.15 per share), Nath Bio-Genes (Rs 2 per share), Happiest Minds Technologies (Rs 2 per share), Dalmia Bharat (Rs 5 per share), Computer Age Management Services (Rs 12 per share), BSE (Rs 13.5 per share) and Alufluoride (Rs 1 per share) -- will go ex-dividend today.

    OCL Iron and Steel and Vardhman Polytex are among the companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Shares of Ashnisha Industries and Navkar Urbanstructure will go ex-split today.

    Ashnisha Industries had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10 while Navkar Urbanstructure had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

    Shares of Banas Finance will turn ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 24 shares for every 25 shares held, offered at Rs 20 apiece.

    Hindustan Unilever, Canara Bank, Shriram Transport Finance Company, Linde India, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Newgen Software Technologies, Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers, SV Global Mill and Times Guaranty will have their annual general meetings today. Meanwhile, BMW Industries will have an EGM today.

    A board meeting of Agio Paper & Industries will take place today to consider voluntary delisting of shares.

    Thursday is also the record date for dividends by Wires and Fabriks (S.A.), Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery, Panasonic Carbon India, Amrit Corp., Nelco, Balaji Amines, Supreme Industries, and Polycab India.

    Wires & Fabriks (Re 0.1 per share), Polycab India (Rs 14 per share), Panasonic Carbon India Company (Rs 12 per share), Amrit Corp (Rs 7.5 per share), Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery (Rs 1.5 per share), Supreme Industries (Rs 18 per share), Balaji Amines (Rs 6 per share) and Nelco (Rs 1.8 per share) had announced their final dividends. These stocks went ex-dividend on Tuesday.

    Meanwhile, shares of Ajanta Pharma, which went ex-bonus this Wednesday, have their record date today. The company had announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2.
