ReutersNEW DELHI: RIL(Rs. 629.73 crore), Infosys(Rs. 402.19 crore), Hindalco(Rs. 50.42 crore), Cipla(Rs. 49.79 crore), Wipro(Rs. 48.13 crore), Dr. Reddys(Rs. 44.51 crore), Tube Investments(Rs. 42.73 crore), KPIT Tech(Rs. 42.52 crore), Canara Bank (Rs. 42.38 crore) and Divis Labs(Rs. 41.46 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:55AM in Tuesday's session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 24.5 points down at 17706.25, while BSE Sensex was down 90.66 points at 59741.0 as of 10:55AM(IST)on October 25.
In the Nifty index, Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.72 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 1.64 per cent), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.50 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.45 per cent) and Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.33 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Nestle India Ltd.(down 2.22 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(down 2.03 per cent), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(down 1.94 per cent), UPL Ltd.(down 1.75 per cent) and Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 1.57 per cent) were among the top losers.
