Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Goldstar Power, Arvee Laboratories, Vasa Retail & Overse, Vinny Overseas and Abbott India, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:29AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 54.4 points to 18144.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Ishan International Ltd., Ducon Infra, Sarveshwar Foods, Vikas Proppant & Gr and CMI Ltd, touched their fresh 52-week low.

Overall, 9 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 40 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Sun Pharma, Kotak Bank, Apollo Hospital, Infosys and Cipla were among top gainers, while UPL, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Motors, Axis Bank and BPCL traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 179.95 points down at 60887.29 at 10:29AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Hospitals & Allied Services, Pharmaceuticals, ReIT and InvIT sectors, while selling was visible in Learning & Education, Services, IT Enabled Services, NBFC and Miscellaneous sectors.
