    Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

    In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks ended in the green, while 29 stocks closed in the red in today's trade.

    NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Friday.

    These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, EKI Energy Services Ltd.(13.27%), Intnl Travel(12.82%), Himatsingk Seid(12.02%), Max Ventures Ind(12.01%), Banaras Beads(11.76%), HBL Power(11.27%), Xelpmoc Design(10.91%), Indian Terrain(10.38%), Mindteck India(10.13%) and Yash Chemex Ltd.(10.12%).

    The 30-share Sensex ended 30.81 points down at 58191.29, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 17.15 points down at 17314.65.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks ended in the green, while 29 stocks closed in the red.

    Meanwhile, stocks such as Kerala Ayurveda, Austin Engg, Intnl Travel, HBL Power and Indian Terrain hit their fresh 52-week high, while Alan Scott Industrie, Reliance Comm, Shubham Polyspin, GKP Printing & Pack and A F Enterprises touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
