Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Sula Vineyards Ltd., Generic Engg, Felix Industries, Bombay Super Hybrid and Innovana Thinklabs, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 61.75 points down at 17894.85 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Music Broadcast, Moxsh Overseas Educon Ltd., Praxis Home Retail, Nupur Recyclers Ltd. and Arihant Academy Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week lows.

Overall, 17 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 33 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, Infosys, Wipro and Hero MotoCorp were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ent., Axis Bank, JSW Steel, TCS and Hindalco ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 168.21 points down at 60092.97.

Traders piled up positions in FMCG, Auto, Infrastructure, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock and Services sectors, while selling was witnessed in Glass, Learning & Education, Textiles, Trading and Fertilisers sectors during the day.
