    Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

    In the Nifty 50 index, 16 stocks ended in the green, while 34 stocks closed in the red in today's trade.

    NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Friday.

    These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Likhitha Infra(13.68%), Narmada Gelatine(12.15%), Chandni Text(10.01%) and Maha Corp Ltd(10.0%).

    The 30-share Sensex ended 415.69 points down at 62868.5, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 116.4 points down at 18696.1.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 16 stocks ended in the green, while 34 stocks closed in the red.

    Meanwhile, stocks such as Skipper Ltd, W H Brady, Raymond, Likhitha Infra and Narmada Gelatine hit their fresh 52-week high, while Indiabulls Intgrtd, Hindusthan Urban Inf, Patel Eng, Premier Ltd and Future Enterprises touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
