    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.

    Shares of eight companies -- Ingersoll-Rand (Rs 20 per share), Jubilant FoodWorks (Rs 1.2 per share), Lumax Auto Technologies (Rs 3.5 per share), Lumax Industries (Rs 13.5 per share), Onward Technologies (Rs 3 per share), Pressman Advertising (Rs 1 per share), Sundaram Finance (Rs 10 per share), Titan Company (Rs 7.5 per share) -- will go ex-dividend today. These eight companies had announced final dividends.

    Tata Consultancy Services, MMTC, Kohinoor Foods, Shrenik, Brahmaputra Infrastructure, Morarka Finance and Spectrum Foods are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Torrent Pharma will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:1.

    Shares of Maharashtra Corporation will turn ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 11 shares for every 3 shares held, offered at Re 1 apiece.

    The board of Tata Consultancy Services will meet today to consider interim dividend while the board of Marksans Pharma will consider share buyback.

    Also, the board of TCPL Packaging in its meeting will consider the Employees Stock Option Plan while Indo Us Bio-Tech's board will consider the preferential issue of shares. Alfavision Overseas (India) will consider a stock split in its board meeting.

    Havells India will have its annual general meeting (AGM) today.

    Friday is the record date for dividends by Century Textiles & Industries and Ponni Sugars (Erode). Century Textiles & Industries (Rs 4 per share) and Ponni Sugars (Rs 5.5 per share) had announced final dividends. These stocks went ex-dividend on Wednesday.

    Today is the record date for Minda Industries to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to issue bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 1:1.
