    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 42 points, or 0.27 per cent lower at 15,829.50, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Wednesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Ircon, Swan Energy, Dish TV: Ircon International, Swan Energy, Dish TV India, BF Utilities, Prime Focus, Anant Raj, The Andhra Sugars, Jain Irrigation, Sadbhav Engineering and Arshiya are among the companies that will announce their March quarter results today.

    HDFC: The mortgage lender informed the stock exchanges that it has acquired an 8.4 per cent stake in Ansal Housing after invoking shares pledged with the corporation for recovery of loans.

    Indiabulls Housing Finance: The crisis ridden NBFC said its board has approved a proposal to raise over Rs 7,000 crore through various means. This includes USD 275 million (Rs 2,043.43 crore) by issuing equity shares or other instruments.

    General Insurance Corporation: The state-owned insurer reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,991.59 crore for the financial year 2020-21. The company had posted a loss of Rs 186.46 crore in 2019-20.

    Axis Bank: Amazon Web Services (AWS) said it has inked a multi-year deal with Axis Bank to power the digital transformation programme of the country's third largest private sector bank.

    Cipla: India's drug regulator DCGI has granted permission the pharma major Cipla to import Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine for restricted emergency use in the country. The company is supporting Moderna with the regulatory approval and import of COVID-19 vaccines to be donated to India and there is no agreement on commercial supplies at this stage.

    IRCTC: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation reported a 23 per cent decline in its profit after tax to Rs 103.78 crore for the March 2021 quarter. The company had reported a profit after tax (PAT) from continuing operations of Rs 135.14 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago.

    TVS Motors: The manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers, on Tuesday launched a cost-friendly scheme for the multi-utility vehicle, TVS XL100. The scheme 'Easy to Buy at Rs 49 a day' is in line with the company's endeavour to offer affordable mobility solutions, a company said.

    Ruchi Soya Industries: The Baba Ramdev-led compnay reported a net profit of Rs 314.33 crore for the quarter ended March 2021. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 41.24 crore in the year-ago period.

    Sugar Stocks: Paving the way for the transformation of the fossil fuel ecosystem in the country, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued a draft notification for facilitating use of a blend of 12 per cent and 15 per cent ethanol in gasoline as automotive fuels. Comments have been invited from stakeholders within a period of 30 days.

    Indian Hotels Company: Tata group hospitality firm is planning to expand the reach of its food delivery platform, Qmin, targeting presence in 25 cities over the next two years.

    NTPC: The State-run power generator intends to list its arm NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd to raise funds for achieving its ambitious target of 60 GW installed renewable energy capacity by 2032.

    GOCL Corporation: The Hinduja group firm said its consolidated net profit grew nearly 100 per cent to Rs 27.48 crore in the March quarter of the previous fiscal. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 13.81 crore in Q4 FY20.

    AstraZeneca Pharma: The Indian arm of pharma major said it has filed a writ petition before the Delhi High Court challenging a demand notice from the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) alleging overcharging of Tagrisso 80 mg tablets by the company.

    Sterling and Wilson Solar: The Shapoorji Pallonji group firm reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 344.80 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2021. The company had clocked Rs 128.59 crore net profit in the year-ago quarter, it said in a BSE filing.

    Uflex: The packaging materials company reported an over two-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 264.95 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2021. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 100.90 crore during the January-March period a year ago.

    Emami Realty: The real estate firm will develop a 40-acre township in Kolkata at an estimated project cost of Rs 300 crore. The company is launching 525 plots for sale in this township project, located at Bhasa, near Joka in Kolkata.

    Parag Milk Foods: The dairy and FMCG company with brands like Gowardhan, said its premium milk brand 'Pride of Cows' is expected to reach Rs 400 crore annual revenue by 2027-28, following growing popularity for cows milk and value-added products including the newly launched fat-free milk.

    Tamilnadu Petroproducts: The part of Singapore-based AM International has reported standalone profits after tax at Rs 62.73 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2021, the company said. The Chennai based petrochemical manufacturing company had declared standalone profit after tax at Rs 1.98 crore during corresponding quarter previous year.

    Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation: The PSU miner reported consolidated net loss of Rs 184.63 crore for the quarter ended on March 31, 2021. However, the company had posted consolidated profit after tax (after exceptional items) of Rs 12.29 crore in the year-ago period.

    Jaiprakash Associates: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has restored close to 2,500 acres of land to Jaiprakash Associates that had been reclaimed by the authority after default by the builder.
