    Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

    NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Monday.

    These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, West Coast Paper(14.59%), High Energy Batt(14.57%), 20 Microns(14.53%), Margo Finance(14.38%), Chordia Food(14.23%), Ram Ratna Wire(13.7%), Agarwal Corp(13.54%), Atlanta Ltd(12.85%), V Mart Retail(12.6%) and Xtglobal Infotech(12.24%).

    The 30-share Sensex ended 545.25 points up at 58115.5, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 181.8 points up at 17340.05.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 38 stocks ended in the green, while 12 stocks closed in the red.

    Meanwhile, stocks such as Bombay Cycle, Metro Brands Ltd., West Coast Paper, Chordia Food and Ram Ratna Wire hit their fresh 52-week high, while Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd., Aarnav Fashions, Oceanic Foods, Bombay Rayon and Meglon InfraReal touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
