DLF shares decline 0.07% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the DLF Ltd. traded at Rs 373.6 on BSE at 12:09PM (IST) on Tuesday, down 0.07 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 294.75 and a high of Rs 429.8.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap down opening in the morning.

A total of 24,855 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 12:09PM (IST).

The stock of DLF Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 92428.14 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 53.38, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 2.59. Return on equity (ROE) was at 4.12 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 213 stocks traded in the green, while 288 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 74.95 per cent in the DLF Ltd. as of 31-Dec-2022 while overseas and domestic institutional investors owned 16.13 per cent and 5.0 per cent, respectively.
