    Shares of Ritesh Properties & Industries and Savita Oil Technologies will go ex-split today. Ritesh Properties & Industries had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 1 from the face value of Rs 10 while Savita Oil Technologies had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

    Shares of Aaron Industries (Re 0.8 per share), Aartech Solonics (Re 0.5 per share), B&A (Rs 2 per share), Bannari Amman Sugars (Rs 10 per share), GIC Housing Finance (Rs 4.5 per share), Gujarat State Petronet (Rs 2 per share), Indiamart Intermesh (Rs 2 per share), Kanchi Karpooram (Rs 2.5 per share), Lakshmi Mills Company (Rs 25 per share), NBCC (India) (Re 0.5 per share), Pilani Investment (Rs 15 per share), Power Finance Corporation (Rs 2.25 per share), Supriya Lifescience (Re 0.6 per share), Suraj Products (Rs 1.1 per share), Surya Roshni (Rs 4 per share), Tamboli Capital (Re 1 per share), The Ugar Sugar Works (Re 0.25 per share) and Supershakti Metaliks (Re 1 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

    Power Finance Corporation (Rs 2.25 per share) had announced its interim dividend.

    AJR Infra and Tolling and OCL Iron and Steel are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Atal Realtech will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 2:1 while Sky Gold will go ex-bonus in the ratio of 1:1.

Ritesh Properties & Industries had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 1 from the face value of Rs 10 while Savita Oil Technologies had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

    Shares of Gautam Gems and Naysaa Securities will turn ex-rights today.

    Gautam Gems had announced a rights issue of 4 shares for every 1 share held, offered at Rs 11 apiece. Naysaa Securities had announced a rights issue of 1 shares for every 4 shares held, offered at Rs 100 apiece

    Hindware Home Innovation and Dhunseri Tea & Industries will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

    Thursday is the record date for dividends by India Glycols (Rs 7.5 per share), Pokarna (Re 0.6 per share), South India Paper Mills (Re 1 per share) and Elnet Technologies (Rs 2 per share)among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Monday.
