NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of 21 companies -- Astrazeneca Pharma (Rs 8 per share), Axis Bank (Re 1 per share), Bank Of India (Rs 2 per share), Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals (Rs 2.5 per share), DCM Shriram (Rs 4.9 per share), Glaxosmithkline Pharmaceuticals (Rs 30 per share), Greenlam Industries (Rs 1.2 per share), Hitech Corporation (Re 1 per share), JM Financial (Rs 1.15 per share), L&T Technology Services (Rs 15 per share), Mayur Uniquoters (Rs 2 per share), Minda Industries (Re 1 per share), Navin Fluorine International (Rs 6 per share), Nilkamal (Rs 15 per share), Oberoi Realty (Rs 3 per share), Rossari Biotech (Rs 0.5 per share), Solitaire Machine Tools (Rs 1.2 per share), Star Housing Finance (Re 0.2 per share), Sundaram Finance (Rs 10 per share), Vishnu Chemicals (Rs 2 per share) and ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India (Rs 12 per share) -- will go ex-dividend today. These 21 companies had announced final dividends.

Also, Glaxosmithkline Pharma (Rs 30 per share) had announced a special dividend while Indian Card Clothing Company (Rs 25 per share) had announced interim dividend.

Vakrangee, GM Breweries, Mysore Paper Mills, GG Automotive Gears and Sri Krishna Constructions are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Minda Industries shares will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:1.

Thursday is the record date for dividends by Mindtree, MphasiS, Wheels India and Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries.

Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries (Rs 2.75 per share), Mindtree (Rs 27 per share), Mphasis (Rs 46 per share) and Wheels India (Rs 8.3 per share) had announced final dividends. These stocks went ex-dividend on Tuesday.

Tata Power Company will have its annual general meeting (AGM) today.
