    Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

    NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.

    These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, HBL Power(14.08%), Rolex Rings(12.8%), Pitti Engineering(12.68%), Titaanium Ten Enterp(12.08%), Dollar Industries(11.81%), Himalaya Food Inter(11.39%), Sharda Motor(11.34%), Shree Ren Sug(11.29%), Orient Refractories(10.37%) and Ganges Securities(10.2%).

    The 30-share Sensex ended 185.24 points down at 55381.17, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 61.8 points down at 16522.75.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 17 stocks ended in the green, while 33 stocks closed in the red.

    Meanwhile, stocks such as Timken India, HBL Power, Rolex Rings, Parshva Enterprises and Raymond hit their fresh 52-week high, while Kkalpana lndustries, Tierra Agrotech Ltd., Future Enterprises, My Money Securit and BFL Asset Finvest touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
