NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of Archit Organosys (Re 0.75 per share), B&A Packaging India (Rs 1.5 per share), Cochin Minerals & Rutile (Rs 1.5 per share), Dhunseri Tea & Industries (Rs 4 per share), Forbes & Company (Rs 65 per share), Gufic Biosciences (Re 0.1 per share), HEG (Rs 40 per share), Hinduja Global Solutions (Rs 5 per share), HLE Glascoat (Rs 5 per share), Kanoria Chemicals & Industries (Re 1 per share), Premco Global (Rs 2 per share), Super Sales India (Rs 10 per share), The Ruby Mills (Rs 3 per share), WEP Solutions (Re 0.5 per share) and Jyoti Resins & Adhesives (Rs 7.5 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Premco Global (Rs 2 per share) and Hinduja Global Solutions (Rs 5 per share) had announced their interim dividends.

Forbes & Company (Rs 65 per share) had announced its special dividend.

Endurance Technologies, Sakthi Sugars, Pritika Auto Industries, Response Informatics, CNI Research and Howard Hotels will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Bharat Gears will meet today to consider the bonus issue. Also, the board of Pressure Sensitive Systems (India) will meet to consider a stock split.

Wednesday is the record date for dividends by Finolex Industries (Rs 2 per share), Sterlite Technologies (Re 0.5 per share), Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility (Re 0.075 per share), Compuage Infocom (Re 0.2 per share), Dhunseri Investments (Rs 2.5 per share) and Cravatex (Rs 3 per share) among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Monday.
