Corporate Radar: Accelya Solutions to trade ex-dividend; Asian Hotels bonus issue & more

A host of corporate actions and board meetings are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of Accelya Solutions India will trade ex-dividend with respect to its final dividend of 450% (Rs 45 per share). The record date for the said dividend is October 10.

Asian Hotels (East) shares will trade ex-bonus for its bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2. The company has set October 7 as the record date for the same.

Besides, Agarwal Industrial Corporation, MEP Infrastructure Developers, Meenakshi Enterprises, Jhandewalas Foods, Vivanta Industries Ltd. and Galactico Corporate Services will hold their board meetings today.

Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd. will convene its board meeting to decide on a preferential issue of shares.

Galactico’s board will meet to consider and approve unaudited financial statements for the half-year ended September 30, 2022.

Vivanta and Jhandewalas Foods will hold their board meetings for quarterly and half-yearly results, respectively.

MEP Infrastructure’s board will meet for other business matters.

Also, Meenakshi Enterprises will convene its board meet to consider and approve resignation of Vidhya Damodaran from chief financial officer of the company and to appoint her as the company secretary and compliance officer of the company.
