Corporate Radar: Dividends, Q4 results, share buyback, rights issue and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of 12 companies Canara Bank (Rs 6.5 per share), High Energy Batteries (Rs 15 per share), Hindustan Unilever (Rs 19 per share), KEC International (Rs 4 per share), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers (Rs 0.15 per share), Newgen Software Technologies (Rs 4.5 per share), Tata Chemicals (Rs 12 per share), Tinplate Company Of India (Rs 4 per share), Tata Elxsi (Rs 42.5 per share), Tata Power Company (Rs 1.75 per share), Tata Steel (Rs 51 per share) and Sonata Software (Rs 13 per share) will go ex-dividend today.

The 12 companies had announced final dividends.

RCI Industries & Technologies, Stellar Capital Services and KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services are among the companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Shares of Saboo Sodium Chloro will turn ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 74 shares for every 100 shares held, offered at Rs 10 apiece.

Today is the record date for Avonmore Capital's share buyback.

Wednesday is also the record date for dividend by Cera Sanitaryware and Rajratan Global Wire. Cera Sanitaryware (Rs 20 per share) and Rajratan Global Wire (Rs 2 per share) had announced final dividends. These stocks went ex-dividend on Monday. Cera Sanitaryware (Rs 15 per share) had also announced a special dividend.
