Shares of four companies -- Blue Dart Express (Rs 35 per share), GOCL Corporation (Rs 3 per share), Laxmi Organic (Re 0.7 per share) and Swastika Investmart (Rs 2 per share) -- will go ex-dividend today. The four companies had announced their final dividends.
Bank Of Maharashtra, Alok Industries, Metropolis Healthcare, Heidelberg Cement, Ganesh Housing Corporation, Nelco, Onward Technologies and Elixir Capital are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.
Onward Technologies will have its annual general meetings (AGM) while the board of Parag Milk Foods will meet to consider the preferential issue of shares.
Monday is the record date for dividends by Apex Frozen Foods and Coromandel International.
Apex Frozen Foods (Rs 2.5 per share) and Coromandel International (Rs 6 per share) had announced their final dividends. The stocks went ex-dividend on Thursday.
