Corporate Radar: HCL shares to turn ex-dividend; Global Education & TPL Plastech to trade ex-split & more

A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of HCL Technologies will trade ex-dividend for its interim dividend of Rs 10 per share.

Shares of Global Education will trade ex-split for its stock split in the ratio of 1:2. The company will split its equity shares from a face value of Rs 10 to Rs 5 per share. On the other hand, shares of TPL Plastech will also trade ex-split in respect to its stock split announced in the ratio of 1:5 i.e. split in the face value will be from Rs 10 to Rs 2 per share.

Shares of UH Zaveri will trade ex-bonus for its bonus issue announcement in the ratio of 2:3.
