    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

    Shares of Gujarat Pipavav Port (Rs 2.4 per share), Hatsun Agro Product (Rs 6 per share), JMC Projects (Re 1 per share), Nelcast (Re 0.3 per share), Pidilite Industries (Rs 10 per share), Prataap Snacks (Re 0.5 per share), Share India Securities (Rs 2 per share), Simplex Realty (Re 1 per share), Steelcast (Rs 1.8 per share), TTK Healthcare (Rs 10 per share), Vedanta (Rs 19.5 per share) and Transport Corporation Of India (Rs 2 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

    Vedanta (Rs 19.5 per share), Share India Securities (Rs 2 per share) and Hatsun Agro Product (Rs 6 per share) had announced their interim dividends.

    Asian Paints, Larsen & Toubro, Bajaj Auto, Tata Power Company, United Spirits, Union Bank Of India, Relaxo Footwears, KEI Industries, UTI Asset Management Company and Symphony are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores will go ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 2 shares for every 1 share held, offered at Rs 10 apiece.

    Bajaj Auto, Tech Mahindra, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Gandhi Special Tubes, United Interactive and Anna Infrastructures will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

    The board of National Standard will meet to consider the voluntary delisting of shares.

    Tuesday is the record date for dividends by Alkyl Amines Chemicals, Bajaj Consumer Care, Bimetal Bearings, Godrej Agrovet, Goodyear India and Supreme Petrochem among others.

    Alkyl Amines Chemicals (Rs 10 per share), Bajaj Consumer Care (Rs 4 per share), Bimetal Bearings (Rs 8 per share), Godrej Agrovet (Rs 9.5 per share), Goodyear India (Rs 20 per share), John Cockrill India (Rs 2 per share), Kalyani Steels (Rs 10 per share) and Supreme Petrochem (Rs 14 per share) had announced final dividends. The stocks went ex-dividend on Friday.

    Today is also the record date for Hardwyn India to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 1:2.
