Corporate Radar: Q4 earnings, dividends, AGMs & more

A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.

Shares of Torrent Pharma will go ex-dividend today. The company had announced a special dividend of Rs 15 per share and a final dividend of Rs 8 per share.

HDIL, Vivimed Labs, Opto Circuits, Innovative Tech and Marg Techno Projects are a few companies, which will disclose their March quarter earnings today.

Cyient will have its annual general meeting today.

Today is the record date for Mishtann Foods to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to issue of bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 1:1. Friday is also the record date for RO Jewels to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issue of bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 82:32 i.e. 82 new bonus shares for every 32 shares held by existing shareholders.

Friday is also the record date for Kallam Textiles for determining the shareholders eligible for receiving rights entitlement in the rights issue. The company had offered its investors a right to buy 7 shares for every 30 shares held by them at Rs 18 a piece.
