Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of AAA Technologies, Voltamp Trans, Globe Intl. Carriers, Dangee Dums and Spacenet Enterprise, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:55AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 104.7 points to 15915.55 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Suumaya Lifestyle, Ibull Real Estate, Andhra Cements, Spicejet and Viceroy Hotels, touched their fresh 52-week low.

Overall, 40 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 10 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Finance, Hero MotoCorp, Asian Paints, Eicher Motors and HUL were among top gainers, while ONGC, Hindalco, Tata Steel, Coal India Ltd and Power Grid traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 407.34 points up at 53541.69 at 10:55AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Retail, Building Materials and Airlines sectors, while selling was visible in Engineering, Tourism & Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, Gas & Petroleum and Metals - Non Ferrous sectors.
