Corporate Radar: Vinati Organics to turn ex-dividend, GAIL bonus issue and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

Shares of Banco Products (Rs 20 per share), Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company (Re 1 per share), Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital (Rs 3 per share), Haldyn Glass (Re 0.6 per share), Vinati Organics (Rs 6.5 per share) and Vipul Organics (Re 0.9 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals, Worldwide Aluminium, Jayant Infratech and Arambhan Hospitality Services are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Dangee Dums will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:2 while Escorp Asset Management will go ex-bonus in the ratio of 2:3. Also, GAIL will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:2.

Shares of Dangee Dums will go ex-split today. The company had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10.

Shares of Suditi Industries will turn ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 5 shares for every 9 shares held, offered at Rs 30 apiece.

Tuesday is the record date for dividends by AIA Engineering (Rs 9 per share), Anupam Rasayan (Re 1 per share), TVS Srichakra (Rs 16.3 per share), Indo Amines (Re 0.5 per share) and Nikhil Adhesives (Rs 2 per share) among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Friday.
