Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 55.33 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 27.04 crore), IOB(numbers of share traded: 20.56 crore), PNB(numbers of share traded: 17.00 crore), UCO Bank(numbers of share traded: 13.84 crore), Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd.(numbers of share traded: 13.66 crore), Bank of Maharashtra(numbers of share traded: 12.70 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 9.33 crore), Zomato Ltd.(numbers of share traded: 8.36 crore) and South Indian Bnk(numbers of share traded: 7.85 crore) emerged top gainers in Monday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 207.8 points up at 18014.6, while BSE Sensex ended up 721.13 points at 60566.42.

On the other hand, Cipla Ltd.(down 2.02 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.99 per cent), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.43 per cent), Nestle India Ltd.(down 1.17 per cent) and Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 0.47 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
