Shares of HLE Glasscoat will trade ex-split. The company has announced the split of its equity shares from a face value of Rs 10 to Rs 2 per share.

Tuesday is also the record date of Suven Life Sciences' rights issue of 1:2.

Sonata Software shall also announce an interim dividend.

Transwarranty Finance’s board will meet to consider the rights issue of equity shares. The other companies that shall meet for rights issues are Hazoor Multi Projects and Panth Infinity.

Garware Hi-Tech will meet to review the operational plan of the company.

Furthermore, other companies that will likely consider an interim dividend are L&T Technology Services, ICICI Lombard General, Gujarat Fluorochemicals and KPI Green Energy.
