NEW DELHI: Around 31 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday's session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Alchemist, Adani Green Energy, Alok Industries, Birla Tyres , Brightcom Group, LT Foods, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Lupin , Hindustan Motors, Marksans Pharma, Mittal Life Style, Sun Pharma, Ruchi Soya Industries and Ruchi Infrastructure.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 68.05 points up at 10235.50.
Overall, 35 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 15 were trading in red in the afternoon trade.
In the Nifty 50 index, Sun Pharma, IndusInd Bank, ITC, Bharti Infratel and Dr. Reddy's Labs were among top gainers, while GAIL, Titan Company , BPCL, Coal India Ltd and Indian Oil Corp were trading in red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 228.48 points up at 34599.06.
