Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of SriHavishaHosp, Fourth Dimension Sol, Upsurge Seeds of Agriculture Ltd., Sundaram Finance and Butterfly Gandhi, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 302.45 points down at 17327.35 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Bodhi Tree Multimed, Jay Jalaram Technologies Ltd., Ameya Precision Engineers Ltd., Sabar Flex India Ltd. and FutureLifestyleFash, touched their fresh 52-week lows.

Overall, 5 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 45 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Divis Labs, Sun Pharma, Tata Steel, Cipla and ITC were among top gainers during the day, while Power Grid, Apollo Hospital, Hindalco, Adani Ports SEZ and SBI ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 1020.8 points down at 58098.92.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Rubber, ReIT, InvIT and Tobacco sectors, while selling was witnessed in Defence, Metals - Ferrous, NBFC, Miscellaneous and IT Enabled Services sectors during the day.
