    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 152 points, or 0.92 per cent higher at 16,762, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Friday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Aether Industries: The specialty chemical firm will make its debut at the bourses on Friday. The company raised Rs 808.04 crore via its initial stake sale, selling its shares in the price range of Rs 610-642 apiece between May 24-26. The issue was overall subscribed 6.26 times during the bidding process.

    Tech Mahindra: The IT majors announced a tie-up with Anritsu to establish an Internet of Things (IoT) experience lab at Fremont, California. The lab aims to create a cost-effective environment for 5G IoT device manufacturers to verify device performance.

    HDFC: The leading housing finance company said it has collaborated with Accenture to digitally transform its lending business. The transformation exercise is aimed at making the mortgage financier's lending lifecycle paper-less and nimble.

    UltraTech Cement: The leading cement manufacturer announced to invest Rs 12,886 crore (around USD 1.65 billion) to add 22.6 MTPA capacity in its total production, with a mix of brownfield and greenfield expansion. The board of the Aditya Birla Group firm in a meeting held on Thursday approved the expansion plans.

    Hindalco Industries:
    The Aditya Birla Group's metal firm completed divestment process for subsidiary as the company has completed the divestment process for Hindalco Do Brazil Industria Comercia de Alumina LTDA.

    Muthoot Finance: The goal financing company has partnered with Airtel Payments Bank to offer gold loans through Airtel Thanks app. There will be no-processing charge on the loan and Muthoot Finance will provide up to 75 per cent of the pledged gold value as a loan.

    MTAR Technologies: The aerospace and defence players has entered into a share purchase agreement with sellers and GEE PEE Aerospace & Defence for acquisition of 100 per cent stake in GEE PEE Aerospace & Defence. The acquisition cost is Rs 8.82 crore.

    GR Infraprojects: The road and higher maker has signed a concession pact with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a Rs 1,577 crore road project. The deal has been inked forr NH-71 from Madanapalli, Andhra Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojna.

    Prudent Corporate Advisory Services: The promoters of recently listed firm Rameshchandra Chimanlal Shah and persons acting in concert (PACs) acquired 4.25 lakh equity shares in the company via open market transactions on June 2. With this, their shareholding in the company stands increased to 57.81 per cent, up from 56.78 per cent earlier.

    BLS International: The visa processing services firm announced that it has been authorised by the Royal Thai Consulate-General to accept visa applications. The company will be accepting visa applications on behalf of the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Mumbai, from June 6 onwards.

    Black Rose Industries: The specialty chemical firm has started the commercial production of acrylamide solids. The commercial production of acrylamide solids at its facility on June 2. The manufacturing unit is in Jhagadia, Gujarat.

    Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals:
    Promoter Sadhanala Venkata Rao offloaded a 7.75 per cent equity stake in the company via open market transactions on June 2. With this, Rao's shareholding in the company stands reduced to 22.39 per cent, down 30.14 per cent earlier.

    Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility: The electric two-wheeler brand Joy e-bike maker sold 2,055 units in May 2022. With that, the company has clocked a growth of 329 percent as compared to May 2021, when the company had sold 479 units. WardWizard recently forayed into the highspeed scooter segment.

    Seacoast Shipping Services: The marine firm said the board has appointed Patel Dhruvalkumar Natubhai as chief executive. It has also appointed Apurvkumar Pankajbhai Patel and Jaydeep Bakul Shah as independent directors.
