Corporate Radar: RCF shares to trade ex-dividend and more

A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals will trade ex-dividend in respect of its interim dividend (Rs 1.6 per share) and final dividend (Rs 2.5 per share) today. Also, shares of Sukhjit Starch (Rs 8 per share) and PTC India (Rs 5.8 per share) will go ex-dividend today.

Additionally, a board meeting of Ankit Metal and Power is lined up for the appointment and/or resignation of directors of the company.

Jail Balaji Industries’ board will meet for mulling over the preferential issue of shares, while Aanchal Ispal’s board is scheduled to meet to consider the increase in the authorized share capital of the company and to alter the capital clause in the MOA of the company.

Going ahead, shares of Star Housing will see a sub-division of its shares from a face value of Rs 10 to Rs 5. Also, the housing financier has announced a 1:1 bonus share issue.
