Aggarwal can’t wait to submit himself to a trained professional for a salon service that will make him get a gentleman look while taking care of basic hygiene.
Travel is one thing that Rajesh Aggarwal, Managing Director, Insecticides India Limited loves to do, especially seaside destinations.
"The other thing I missed the most due to the pandemic is eating out with family and friends. I wish to throw a party once the restrictions are eased and Covid vaccines reach the maximum number of people. Within India, I would like to go to Goa for its cosmopolitan vibes. Internationally, Mauritius is my favourite destination for its natural beauty," he says.

A clean and well-groomed look speaks a lot about the person and their personality. It is one of the most potent non-verbal communication we make with people. So, Aggarwal can’t wait to submit himself to a trained professional for a salon service that will make him get a gentleman look while taking care of basic hygiene.

"I want to have a hearty dinner at Dum Pukht at ITC, definitely because Chef Qureshi presents amazing food that is magical. I love shopping in London for tuxedos. I am waiting to visit the UK after the Covid restrictions are eased," he says.

The world went virtual during the lockdown. So the first and foremost thing Aggarwal bought was a pair of IPods since all the conferences they attend were being held virtually.

"I also upgraded the laptop so that it can support the work-from-home regime better. I did not participate in ‘challenges’ as we understand them from the social media parlance. However, I spent a wonderful time playing with kids after a decade or so, and it helped us all to maintain fitness as well," he says.

"Apart from playing with kids, morning walk was a thing that I could start after a long gap, which was so refreshing and healthy. I believe in holistic health and so I found the morning walk as the best exercise. I played badminton and other sports with kids which were relatively high-intensity and helped in an all-body workout without attending the gym," he says.

One of the challenges of entrepreneurial life is that it is high in stress - the stress of work as well as lack of quality time with family. Though Aggarwal tries to maintain the same but this pandemic helped us address the latter as they took this opportunity to play as much as possible with kids during the free time. That helped a lot in balancing his mental wellbeing.

"As for skills, I would say having attended so many virtual conferences in the past year, I mastered the etiquettes of the virtual world. The 40-45 minutes of morning walk I have is a perfect me-time minus any distraction and gadgets. It helps me focus and think through. I feel so relaxed when I go for an early morning walk. It not only shoots up the energy levels but also helps in keeping calm and healthy," he says.

Grooming is an important thing. Aggarwal grew a beard for some time during the lockdown but now have come back to a clean shave look.
