    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

    Shares of 9 companies Agro Tech Foods (Rs 3 per share), Advait Infratech (Rs 1 per share), Bank Of Maharashtra (Rs 0.5 per share), Bharat Seats (Rs 0.8 per share), Britannia Industries (Rs 56.5 per share), Morarka Finance (Rs 4 per share), Lagnam Spintex (Rs 0.5 per share), Rane Brake Lining (Rs 20 per share) and Bliss GVS Pharma (Rs 0.5 per share) will go ex-dividend today. The 9 companies had announced final dividends.

    Baid Finserv will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:1 while OSIA Hyper Retail will go ex-bonus in the ratio of 3:5.

    Tata Coffee, R Systems International, Shree Digvijay Cement Company, Sagarsoft (India), LKP Securities, LKP Finance and Citizen Infoline will have their annual general meetings meanwhile Winsome Textile Industries and Gayatri Tissue & Papers will have their EGMs today.

    A board meeting of Greenlam Industries will take place today to consider the proposal for the preferential issue of shares.

    The boards of Banas Finance and Maharashtra Corporation will meet today to consider a rights issue.

    Monday is the record date for dividends by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and VTM.

    ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company (Rs 0.55 per share) and VTM (Rs 0.9 per share) had announced their final dividends. These stocks went ex-dividend on Thursday.

    Meanwhile, shares of Avantel, which went ex-bonus this past Friday, have their record date Monday. The company had, on May 6, announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 3:1.
