Shares of Astral (Rs 1.75 per share), Bharat Petroleum Corporation (Rs 6 per share), Bombay Metrics Supply Chain (Re 0.8 per share), Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals (Rs 3 per share), eClerx Services (Re 1 per share), Gujarat Gas (Rs 2 per share), Hindustan Aeronautics (Rs 10 per share), Kitex Garments (Rs 1.5 per share), Marksans Pharma (Re 0.25 per share), Natco Pharma (Rs 3.5 per share), Oriental Carbon (Rs 7 per share), Power Grid (Rs 2.25 per share), SP Capital (Re 0.75 per share), Sun Pharma (Rs 3 per share), Tilaknagar Industries (Re 0.1 per share), Tips Industries (Rs 2 per share), Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (Re 1 per share) and Ucal Fuel Systems (Rs 2 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

SP Capital (Re 0.75 per share) and Natco Pharma (Rs 3.5 per share) had announced their interim dividends.

Evans Electric will have its annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Gensol Engineering will meet to consider the right issue of equity shares and the preferential issue of shares.

Friday is the record date for dividends by Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation (Rs 1.2 per share), LG Balakrishnan (Rs 15 per share), Jagran Prakashan (Rs 4 per share), The Yamuna Syndicate (Rs 200 per share), Baid Finserv (Re 0.1 per share), Maral Overseas (Rs 2 per share), Shiva Mills (Rs 1.2 per share) and Starteck Finance (Re 0.25 per share) among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Wednesday.

Today is the record date for Mangalam Global Enterprise’s stock split. The company had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.
