    Nestle India, Varun Beverages: Nestle India, Varun Beverages, Schaeffler India, G M Polyplast and R Systems International are some of the companies that are scheduled to report third quarter results today.

    Bank of Maharashtra , BOI, IOB and the Central Bank of India: A Reuters report quoting sources suggested that the four banks have been shortlisted for privatisation. Two of those banks will be selected for sale in the 2021/2022 financial year which begins in April, the officials said. The shortlist has not previously been reported.

    AstraZeneca: World Health Organisation granted an emergency authorization to AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine, a move that should allow the UN agency's partners to ship millions of doses to countries, as part of a UN-backed programme to tame the pandemic. In a statement Monday, the WHO said it was clearing the AstraZeneca vaccines made by the Serum Institute of India and South Korea's AstraZeneca-SKBio.

    Vodafone Idea: Vi plans to fold up its 3G services by FY22 as it bids to move towards becoming 4G-focussed telco in a bid to boost revenue, although it would keep its 2G services running for years given that it has a large segment of basic phone subscribers.

    FRL: Future Group has alleged that Amazon had asked for $40 million (around Rs 290.41 crore) in compensation for the deal with Reliance Industries, a charge that the e-commerce major termed as "false and misleading claims".

    Dhanlaxmi Bank: The Kerala-based bank is likely to raise fresh equity capital in the first quarter of FY22. The capital mobilisation will be to fund growth, plans for which have been drawn up by J K Shivan, who recently took charge as the bank’s MD & CEO.

    SIS: Security, facility management and cash logistics solutions provider SIS announced a Rs 100 crore share buyback programme aimed at rewarding shareholders.



    Poly Medicure: The company opened its QIP for subscription on Monday and fixed the floor price at Rs 550.79 per share.

    Reliance Industries: BP and Reliance Industries have sought an end to the natural gas price ceiling that has halved in a year to $4 per unit, limiting gains to producers of gas from difficult fields. The two companies have separately written to the government, urging the elimination of the price cap, and seeking full marketing and pricing freedom for natural gas produced from fields in the deep sea.

    Indian Bank: State-owned Indian Bank said it has successfully integrated the software system with the erstwhile Allahabad Bank post the amalgamation.

    Jet Airways: The airline, which has been grounded for nearly two years, on Monday reported a standalone loss of Rs 2,841.45 crore for the year ended March 2020.

    Parsvnath Developers: Realty firm Parsvnath Developers has reported widening of consolidated net loss at Rs 126.32 crore for December quarter 2020-21 on higher expenses. Its net loss stood at Rs 108.53 crore in the year-ago period.

    TechM, Wipro: Indian tech majors Wipro and Tech Mahindra have signed agreements with Telefónica Germany/O2 for transforming the telecommunications provider's business support systems and IT systems.

    Karda Constructions: The realty firm has reported a 24 per cent fall in its standalone net profit of Rs 3.73 crore for the quarter ended December due to lower property demand amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

    TCS: IT services major Tata Consultancy Services said it has launched a Neural Automotive and Industrial Experience Center in Troy, Michigan, to help customers accelerate innovation.
