Mukul Agrawal cuts stake in this logistic company in Q4

New Delhi: Marquee investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal has trimmed his stake in logistics company Jet Freight Logistics and added OnMobile Global to his portfolio during the March 2022 quarter.

Mukul Mahavir Agrawal sold 1.92 lakh equity shares of Jet Freight Logistics as he owned 4.74 lakh shares or 4.09 per cent stake in the company as of March 31, 2022, as against 6.66 lakh shares or 5.76 per cent in the December 2021 quarter.

Jet Freight Logistics was trading flat on Thursday. But the logistics solution provider has rallied more than 40 per cent so far this year.

On the other hand, seasoned investors bought 17,00,000 equity shares or 1.61 per cent stake in OnMobile Global during the January-March period, a filing from the company suggests.

His name was missing from the key shareholders' list during the December 2021 quarter. Companies are obliged to release the name of shareholders holding one per cent stake or more in the company on a quarterly basis.

Apart from this, Agrawal stayed put in Goldiam International as his stake in the gems, jewellery and watches player remained at 2.82 per cent in Q4FY22, which was the same as in the preceding quarter.

However, the number of shares he held increased to 30,73,685 from 6,14,737 shares as the company split its equity shares in 1:5 ratio during the recently concluded quarter.

Apollo Pipes is another counter in which Agrawal kept his holding constant quarter-on-quarter at 15,00,000 shares or a 3.81 per cent stake.

According to the data from Trendlyne, Mukul Mahavir Agrawal publicly holds 44 stocks with a net worth of over Rs 2,295.8 crore as per the latest corporate shareholding data.
