Corporate Radar: ITC to go ex-dividend; Hindalco, ZEEL Q4 results & more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

At least two stocks will go ex-dividend today. That includes ITC, which had announced a final dividend of Rs 6.25 per share recently. Visaka Industries, which announced a final dividend of Rs 8 per share, will also go ex-dividend today.

Vinny Overseas will go ex-bonus today. This company had announced a bonus issue in the 1:10 ratio.

Davangere Sugar Company will go ex-rights today. The company had announced rights issue to existing investors to buy 69 shares for every 100 shares that they held in the company at Rs 12.5 per share.

Hindalco Industries, Berger Paints (India), Motherson Sumi Systems, Page Industries, Muthoot Finance, Piramal Enterprises, Colgate-Palmolive (India) and NMDC are some companies scheduled to report their March quarter results today.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises, Motherson Sumi Wiring India, Prestige Estates Projects, Bharat Dynamics, Quess Corp, Allcargo Logistics and AstraZeneca Pharma India are some other companies scheduled to report quarterly earnings.

The board of Oberoi Realty will consider a proposal to go for a preferential issue while Saksoft will consider a stock split, along with their quarterly results.

INEOS Styrolution India and Sayaji Industries are some of the companies having their AGMs today.
