    Shares of SecUR Credentials will trade ex-bonus in the ratio of 3:1. The record date for the said bonus issue is also December 26. Ahead of the ex-bonus date, the scrip ended lower by over 9% at Rs 106.4 per share on Friday.

    The board of Radha Madhav Corporation will meet to consider and approve the allotment of equity shares of the company and the appointment of directors and KMPs in terms of a tie-approved resolution plan.

    Dhruva Capital Services’ board will meet to mull the preferential share issue.

    The board of Chemo Pharma Lab will meet to take on record the resignation of Neha Vora, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company.

    Meanwhile, on Friday, the board of Shemaroo Entertainment informed about the Resignation of Shashidhar Sinha as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. December 23, 2022.

    Also, Dabur informed that the dissolution of its subsidiary Dabur Tunisie is now likely to be completed by 31st December 2023 (instead of 31st December 2022 as informed earlier) as the Reserve Bank and Authorities in Tunisia were following strict rules for entry and public coordination due to the pandemic Covidl9 situation and their response on the matter is still awaited.

    IDFC First Bank in an exchange filing clarified on a news item in a leading daily.

    “We would like to clarify that the Bank is in discussion with Vaya Finserve for a possible buyout of their loan receivables in accordance with Reserve Bank of India Master Direction on Transfer of Loan Exposures Directions, 2021, to meet the Priority Sector Lending (“PSL”) requirements of the Bank,” said the lender in the filing.
