    Corporate Radar: Orient Cement to turn ex-dividend; Wipro Q1 results; ITC AGM, and more

    Wipro, Havells India, IndusInd Bank, Gland Pharma, Tata Communications, Oracle Financial Services Software, Syngene International, Mastek, Ceat and Hathway Cable are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

    Shares of 22 companies will go ex-dividend today. These include Ador Fontech (Rs 3 per share), Allied Digital Services (Re 1 per share), Coral India Finance & Housing (R e0.3 per share), Dollar Industries (Rs 3 per share), Goa Carbon (Rs 10 per share), GPT Infraprojects (Rs 1.5 per share), Hindustan Zinc (Rs 21 per share), Indag Rubber (Rs 1.5 per share), IVP (Rs 1.5 per share) and Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Rs 3.6 per share).

    Some other companies are Nocil ( Rs 3 per share), Novartis India (Rs 10 per share), Panasonic Energy (Rs 7.5 per share), Scandent Imaging (0.1 per share), Sunshield Chemicals (Rs 2 per share), Swelect Energy Systems (Rs 3 per share), Tata Metaliks (Rs 8 per share), Tube Investments of India (Rs 1.5 per share), Usha Martin (Rs 2 per share), V-Guard Industries (Rs 1.3 per share), Weizmann (Rs 0.5 per share) and Orient Cement (Rs 1.75 per share).

    Out of these 22 companies, 20 had announced their final dividends.

    Ador Fontech (Re 1 per share) had announced its special dividend while Hindustan Zinc (Rs 21 per share) had announced its interim dividend.

    Wipro, Havells India, IndusInd Bank, Gland Pharma, Tata Communications, Oracle Financial Services Software, Syngene International, Mastek, Ceat and Hathway Cable are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    ITC, Syngene International, Kirloskar Pneumatic Company, Pix Transmissions, Ponni Sugars (Erode), HOV Services, Saptak Chem And Business and Oseaspre Consultants will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

    The board of CARE Ratings will meet today to consider the buyback of shares while the board of Goodluck India will meet to consider the issue of Warrants.

    Wednesday is the record date for dividends by Blue Dart Express, GOCL Corporation and Swastika Investmart.

    Blue Dart Express (Rs 35 per share), GOCL Corporation (Rs 3 per share) and Swastika Investmart (Rs 2 per share) had announced their final dividends. The stocks went ex-dividend on Monday.

    Today is also the record date for Aki India to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to issue bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 3:10.
