Corporate Radar: Angel One to turn ex-dividend, Asian Paints, Bajaj Finance earnings and more

A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of three companies will trade ex-dividend today. Angel One will trade ex-dividend for a dividend of Rs 9 per share. Anand Rathi and Jai Corp will trade ex-dividend for their dividends of Rs 5 and Rs 0.5 per share, respectively.

Aarti Drugs, Axis Bank, Asian Paints, Bajaj Finance, Colgate, Canara Bank, Dhampur Sugar, Gujarat Industries Power, ITC, Granules India, ICRA, L&T Finance Holdings, Mastek, Mphasis, Nelco, Coforge, Som Distilleries, Shriram Transport Finance,South Indian Bank, Steel Strips, Symphony, Tanla, Tata Consumer, United Breweries, Union Bank, Zee Media and Zensar are among some of the companies that will result their Q2 results today.

EFC(I)’s board will meet to consider a preferential issue of shares. Other companies whose board meetings are scheduled for preferential share issues are Joonktollee Tea & Industries and PTC Industries.

A board meeting of Rajnandini Metal is also lined up to deliberate fundraising. Embassy Office Parks REIT other than quarterly earnings will also deliberate over dividend.
