Share price of ICICI Lombard rises as Nifty strengthens

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. gained 0.68 per cent to Rs 1133.05 in Monday's trade as of 10:40AM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 1133.05 and low of Rs 1118.9 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 13.42 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 10:40AM shares and turnover at Rs 34.04 crore around that time.

The stock of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 1547.0 and Rs 1070.95, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 0.64.

Promoters held 48.03 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2022, while FIIs held 26.43 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 13.94 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 4149.38 crore for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2022, down 13.55 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 4799.75 crore and down 21.54 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 3414.09 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 349.03 crore, up 130.19 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
