    Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M): Automotive major M&M said that it will increase the prices of its commercial and passenger vehicles effective 1 January next year.

    BPCL: Privatisation-bound Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has said its board will on Thursday consider buying out Oman Oil Company in the Bina refinery project in Madhya Pradesh.

    Future Enterprises: Future Enterprises Ltd (FEL) is planning to prepay the debentures issued by the company from the money to be received after selling its retail and other businesses to Reliance Industries step down firm Reliance Retail Ventures.

    Embassy Office Parks REIT: Embassy Office Parks REIT is looking to raise $500 million through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), said two persons with direct knowledge of the development.

    NBCC: State-run NBCC has started the process to develop 70 acres of land into a hub in east Delhi with a mix of commercial, residential and retail assets at a cost of Rs 1,400 crore, according to a company official.

    S Chand & Co: Everstone Capital Partners II LLC sold another 18,00,000 shares of S Chand & Co. On Monday, it had sold 4,00,000 shares of the publishing company at Rs 71.30 per share. It held 9.38 per cent stake in the company at the end of September quarter.

    Majesco: Unifi AIF and Unifi AIF (11189) sold a total of 5,80,000 shares of Majesco. At the end of September, it held 1.89 per cent stake in the company.

    Max India: Kotak Mahindra (International) and Mangalam Financial Services sold 3,01,000 and 5,00,000 shares respectively of Max India .The former held 2.2 per cent stake in the company at the end of September.

    Snowman Logistics: Adani Logistics continued to trim its stake in Snowman Logistics as it sold another 14,43,032 shares in the company at Rs 59.12 per share.

    McDowell Holdings: Suresh Poonati sold 1,06,085 shares of McDowell Holdings at Rs 42.18 per share. He held 4.85 per cent stake in the company at the end of September

    IPO Update

    Mrs Bectors: Eliciting robust response from investors, the initial share sale of Mrs Bectors Food Specialities got oversubscribed within a few hours of opening for subscription on Tuesday and ended the day with 3.72 times subscription. After Burger King India, this is the second Initial Public Offer (IPO) this month to have received over subscription in a few hours of opening for public subscription.
