    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded merely 2 points, or 0.01 per cent lower at 17,695.50, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a flat start on Tuesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Reliance Industries: Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd (SWREL) said that Reliance New Energy Solar Ltd (RNESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has become its promoter post payment of balance Rs 1,583 crore for acquisition of 25.90 per cent equity in it.

    HDFC: The country's largest mortgage lender said it assigned loans of Rs 7,468 crore in the quarter ended December 2021, up by 5.5 per cent from a year ago. It had assigned loans amounting to Rs 7,076 crore in the corresponding December 2020 quarter of the previous financial year.

    Tech Mahindra: The IT company major announced it has achieved the Data Analytics specialisation certification in the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program, strengthening its expertise in data analytics space.

    Maruti Suzuki India: The company produced 1,52,029 vehicles in December 2021, against 1,55,127 vehicles in December 2020. The company exported 2,05,450 vehicles in 2021, the highest ever in a calendar year.

    Vedanta: The Anil Agarwal led miner said the cast metal aluminium production at its smelters stood at 5,79,000 tonnes in the third quarter of the current financial, registering an increase of 16 per cent.

    Tata Power: The power player said Sanjeev Churiwala has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Ramesh Subramanyam, the erstwhile CFO, will be moving into a new role within the Tata Group.

    Marico: The FMCG major said its consolidated revenue grew in "low teens" during October-December, hit by slowing consumption across the sector due to continuing inflation.

    Dhani Services: The financial services player, formerly Indiabulls Ventures, will launch its Rs 300 crore fundraise programme through a public issue of bonds.. The non-convertible debenture (NCD) issue has a base size of Rs 150 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 150 crore, aggregating to Rs 300 crore.

    NCC: The construction and engineering player said it has received five new orders worth Rs 1,898 crore in December. Three orders worth Rs 988 crore pertain to the building division and the remaining two orders of Rs 910 crore pertain to the water division.

    Hindustan Zinc: The Vedanta group firm reported an 11 per cent rise in integrated metal production at 2,61,000 tonnes in the third quarter of this fiscal, supported by better plant and mined metal availability and improved operating parameters. The company's integrated metal production stood at 2,35,000 tonnes in the year-ago period.

    CSB Bank: Gross advances of the private lenders grew 11.55 per cent to Rs 14,827.10 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2021, according to the lender's provisional data released. In the corresponding quarter a year ago, the private sector bank had reported gross advances worth Rs 13,291.39 crore.

    Lemon Tree Hotels: Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte.- ODI acquired 30,02,214 equity shares in the company at Rs 46.6 per share via a block deal on the BSE. Zaaba Pan Asia Master Fund was the seller.

    Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences: Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte acquired 72,009 equity shares in the company at Rs 1,425.65 per share via a block deal on the BSE. Zaaba Pan Asia Master Fund was the seller.

    Bajaj Electricals: The household appliance maker said it is going for a permanent closure of its manufacturing unit located at Shikohabad in Uttar Pradesh. The company board in its meeting has considered and approved the proposal for permanent closure of operations at the aforesaid Shikohabad unit.

    Dilip Buildcon: The company has received a letter of acceptance (LOA) for overburden removal contract mining work for Amadand OCP, Jamuna Kotma Area, in Madhya Pradesh valued at Rs 2,683.02 crore by the South Eastern Coalfield (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India.

    Future Retail: The Future group's retail arm, along with its promoters, has approached the High Court of Delhi against the orders passed by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) last week related to the Future-Reliance deal.

    Inox Wind Energy: The renewable energy player will seek shareholders' approval to raise up to Rs 90 crore through issuance of 10.62 lakh convertible warrants in its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) later this month. The convertible warrants will be issued at the rate of Rs 847 per unit in the EGM on January 25, 2022.

    Olectra Greentech: The Hyderabad-based country's largest manufacturer of electric buses said it has received a letter of award (LoA) for 50 e-buses from "one of the state transport authorities" for inter-city operations under the central government's FAME-II scheme. These buses are to be delivered in 12 months.

    Ajmera Realty & Infra India: The real estate player said it will invest Rs 110 crore to redevelop a housing society in Mumbai. The company has executed a development agreement to undertake redevelopment of Fairyland Co-operative Housing Society, located at Juhu in Mumbai.
