Q1 results this week: HDFC Bank, HCL, Mindtree, 3 Tata companies, others

New Delhi: After TCS and DMart came out with their quarterly numbers last week, several widely tracked companies like HDFC, HCL Technologies and Mindtree would be releasing their June quarter report cards this week. Here’s a list:

Last week, India’s top IT exporter Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a 5.2 per cent rise in its June quarter net profit to Rs 9,478 crore and failed to meet market estimates.

Q1 revenue grew by 16.2 per cent to Rs 52,758 crore but operating profit margins slid down to 23.1 per cent.

Radhakishan Damani’s DMart’s profit jumped six times to Rs 680 crore and managed to surprise the market. Its revenue from operations was up 93.66 per cent to Rs 10,038.07 crore during the quarter under review against Rs 5,183.12 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
