Corporate Radar: Clean Science to turn ex-dividend; HDFC, Sun Pharma Q1 results; Biocon, DRL AGMs & more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.

Shares of AMI Organics (Rs 3 per share), BCPL Railway Infrastructure (Re 0.7 per share), Clean Science (Rs 3.25 per share), Dhunseri Ventures (Rs 4 per share), Gloster (Rs 25 per share), Emkay Global (Rs 1.25 per share), IP Rings (Rs 2 per share), Navneet Education (Rs 1.5 per share), Saint-Gobain (Rs 1.5 per share), Sayaji Industries (Re 1 per share), TCFC Finance (Rs 1.2 per share), The Anup Engineering (Rs 8 per share), Vinyl Chemicals (Rs 5 per share) and Zenlabs Ethica (Rs 0.25 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Shares of Gloster (Rs 10 per share), Saint-Gobain (Rs 1.5 per share) and Vinyl Chemicals (Rs 5 per share) had announced their special dividends.

Meanwhile, Zenlabs Ethica (Re 0.25 per share) had announced its interim dividend.

Housing Development Finance Corporation, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, NTPC, Indian Oil Corporation, DLF, Cipla, Cholamandalam Investment, Torrent Pharma, Star Health, Piramal Enterprises and Ashok Leyland are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Cholamandalam Investment, Ashok Leyland, Piramal Enterprises, Biocon, Poonawalla Fincorp, Grindwell Norton, TTK Prestige, Zydus Wellness, Godrej Agrovet, Intellect Design Arena, VST Industries, Mahindra Logistics and HIL will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The boards of HDFC Life Insurance Company, Star Housing Finance and Deep Diamond India will meet today to consider the preferential issue of shares.

Friday is the record date for dividends by ABM Knowledgeware, MRF, Praj Industries, Hawkins Cookers and TCI Express among others.

Shares of ABM Knowledgeware (Rs 1.25 per share), MRF (Rs 144 per share), Praj Industries (Rs 2.7 per share), Hawkins Cookers (Rs 60 per share) and TCI Express (Rs 2 per share) had announced final dividend. The stocks went ex-dividend on Wednesday.
