    Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

    In the Nifty 50 index, 28 stocks ended in the green, while 22 stocks closed in the red in today's trade.

    NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.

    These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, CARE Ratings (14.81%), Parag Milk Foods(12.83%), PAE Ltd(11.07%), Ashok Alco-Chem(10.66%), Onward Tech(10.64%), Goldcrest Corporati(10.58%), Aurionpro Sol(10.43%), Universus Photo(10.36%), Moneyboxx Finance(10.2%) and Welspun Specialty(10.03%).

    The 30-share Sensex ended 372.46 points down at 53514.15, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 91.65 points down at 15966.65.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 28 stocks ended in the green, while 22 stocks closed in the red.

    Meanwhile, stocks such as Maximus Intl., Jayant Infratech Ltd., Maruti Interior Products Ltd., Moneyboxx Finance and Sungold Media and En hit their fresh 52-week high, while Foods & Inns, Vikas Proppant & Gr, Suumaya Corporation Ltd., Ajwa Fun World and Sintex Plastics Tech touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
